摘要
目的:高效液相色谱法测定保和咀嚼片中橙皮苷的含量。方法:采用Luna C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水-冰醋酸(20∶80∶1)为流动相,检测波长280nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.06μg～0.18μg之间,线性关系良好,r=0.9998(n=7),平均回收率为100.45%,RSD为1.20%(n=5)。结论:方法简便可行,重现性好,能有效控制产品质量。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Hesperidin in Baohe Chewable Tablet. Method：Luna C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid（ 20： 80：1 ） , detective wavelength was 280 nm. Results： The good linear range of Hesperidin was 0. 06 -0. 18μg, r =0. 999 8（n =7）. The average recovery was 100. 45% ,RSD 1.20% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion：The method was simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Baohe Chewable Tablet.
