摘要
为了实现基于Web的车辆设计计算方法、模型、数据、经验、软件工具等资源共享与重用,提出基于流程树和产品结构树的产品全模型概念,并建立了基于全模型的用于支持车辆设计、分析、优化的工程环境。全模型分为成熟全模型和非成熟全模型,又可分为产品总体全模型、部件全模型、零件全模型。论述了全模型及其关联模型的内涵。给出了车辆工程环境体系结构、实现方法。
In order to realize sharing and reusing vehicle designing method, model, data, designing experience, engineering software tools like CAD and CAE, the concept of full model based on process tree and product structure tree is proposed, and a new vehicle engineering environment based on full model for the purposes of designing, analyzing, and optimizing vehicle is constructed. Full model should be classified as mature full model and not mature full model. Full model should also be classified as product full model, component full model and part full model. Fundamental to the full model and its association model are discussed. Vehicle engineering environment architecture and realization method are given.
