摘要
构建和谐的劳资关系是现代企业管理追求的目标,从企业和员工目标协同性方面研究企业人力资源管理状况,找出两者协同性与企业管理效率的内在联系,并分析出两者目标协同性随着时间和空间变化的动态演化规律,可以为企业和员工双方准确把握目标协同性动态变化,促进企业组织和谐提供依据。
To establish harmonious relationship between the labor and capital is the goal of management in enterprises.To research on human resource management from the perspective of cooperativity between the enterprise goals and the employee goals,find out the inner relationship between their cooperativity and enterprise management efficiency,and analyse the dynamic evolution with the changes of time and space can help both the enterprise and the employee accurately grasp the law of its dynamic evolution of cooperativity,and can also promote the harmonious relationship in the enterprise.
