摘要
本文对国内大量存在的基础比较差、自动化程度比较低的小型企业的生产管理和控制系统进行了研究，提出了相应的系统体系结构和实施方案，并强调了人工参与的作用。
This paper analyzes the Production Management and Control System for Small Enterprises in China and describes an adaptive architecture to meet their requirements. Moreover, the implementation method is proposed and the importance of human participation is highlighted.
