摘要
敏捷后勤是实现企业敏捷性的重要功能元素之一，本文首先提出敏捷后勤的定义、实现敏捷后勤的策略及其使能技术，最后阐述敏捷后勤与敏捷企业中的其他敏捷功能一敏捷制造和敏捷智能的集成。基于上述三点构成了敏捷企业的模型。
Agile logistics is one of the key functional elements to implement enterprise agility. In this paper, the definition of agile logistics, the strategy and the enable techniques of the implementation of agile logistics are presented, then we proposed the integration of agile logistics with other agile functions-agile manufacturing and agile intelligence, which make up of the model of enterprise agility.
