China exported 8.37 million color TV sets in the first quarter of this year, down 14.9 percent from a year earlier, according to a report released by the China Video Industry Association. The exports valued at 1.67 billion U.S. dollars, down 18.4 percent. From January to March, China＇s TV makers produced 17.34 million color TV sets, down 9.2 percent, the report said.
