摘要
目的了解综合性医院癌症患者对病情知晓情况及其相关因素。方法采用问卷法对100例住院癌症患者家属进行问卷调查。结果①47．00％的癌症患者不知道真实病情，且家属不打算告知患者病情；②不同年龄、文化程度、住院次数、疾病类型的患者病情知晓情况差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；③性别、职业、费用种类对疾病知晓情况的影响无统计学意义。结论护士需掌握患者对病情的知晓情况，以患者的知晓程度及相关因素为依据，制订护理对策。
Objective To investigate the status and related factors of diagnostic disclosure in patients with cancer. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 relatives of inpatients with cancer. Results 47.00% of the cancer patients were not informed about the illness state, and the relatives didn＇ t intend to inform the patients. The status was related to the patients＇ age. educational level, times of hospitalization and type of cancer（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ,while not related to the patients＇ gender,occupation and types of payment. Conclusion The information of diagnostic disclosure and its related factors among cancer patients can provide reference for nursing.
