摘要
目的了解某三级甲等医院护理人员工作绩效情况,分析护理人员工作绩效中存在的主要问题,为实施有效的护理管理提供依据。方法采用护理人员自评绩效评价量表,由护理人员进行自我评价。结果我院护理人员工作绩效的总体得分比较高,不同职称、不同工作年限护理人员的工作绩效存在差异(P〈0.01)。各个维度中沟通协调能力和专业技术能力得分较高,而科研创新能力得分较低。结论采用自评绩效的方式,发现护理人员工作中的优势与不足,为护理管理者提高护理服务质量提供依据。
Objective To investigate the working performance of nursing staff, analyze the problems in working performance and thereby to provide reference for nursing management. Method The nursing staff were investigated with a self- rating working performance scale. Results The total score of working performance was relatively high in nursing staff. There were significantly differences in the nurses with different professional titles and years of working experience (P 〈 0. 01 ). The factor scores of communication & coordination capacity and professional skills were higher, while the factor score of research & innovation ability was lower. Conclusion The nursing managers can find the advantages and disadvantages of nursing staff by the means of self - evaluation of working performance, and thereby to obtain the reference for the making of effective management measures to improve the quality of nursing.
