综述中药注射液临床使用不当引起不良反应的现状，用药不规范、超剂量使用、误用等。提出加强临床用药管理对策，最大限度降低药物不良反应的发生，提高患者用药安全性和依从性。

This paper analyzed the causes of adverse reactions in the injection of Traditional Chinese Medicine and proposed some management measures in medication administration in order to reduce the rate of adverse reactions and increase the safety and compliance of medication.
