分组式管理方式在救治成批烧伤患者中的应用

The practice of team responsibility system in the rescue of batches patients with burn

目的探讨成功救治成批烧伤患者的管理模式。方法制订抢救应急预案进行日常演练，患者人院即启动应急预案，进行分组分工，实行小组负责制，并贯穿抢救及护理的全过程。结果本组19例患者均抢救成功，无死亡及院内感染，提高了抢救成功率。结论运用分组式管理方式救治成批烧伤患者，能够规范院内管理流程，缩短等待救治时间，使患者得到及时、有效的救治，为成功救治成批烧伤患者提供良好的管理模式。

Objective To explore the management mode in the rescue of batches of patients with burn. Method The team responsibility system was applied in the whole process of rescue and nursing of batches of patients with burn. Meanwhile, we established the emergency project and provided drilling each month. Result All the 19 burn patients were rescued successfully and no death or hospital infection occurred. Conclusions The practice of team responsibility system in the rescue of batches of patients with burn can standardize the management flow,shorten the waiting time and ensure the patients to be rescued timely and effectively,which provide a good management mode for the rescue of batches of patients with burn.
