急诊抢救评估表在危急症患者抢救中的应用及效果

The application and effect of emergency assessment form in the rescue of critical patients

目的观察评估表在危急症患者抢救过程中的临床应用效果。方法采用急诊抢救评估表对危急症患者的病情进行系统评估，评估贯穿于整个抢救过程。结果抢救时间缩短；抢救成功率、患者及家属对护理服务及抢救技术的满意度提高（P〈0.05）。结论急诊抢救评估表的应用提高了急诊抢救质量和患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of emergency assessment form in the rescue of critical patients. Methods The emergency assessment form was applied in the systemic assessment of critical patients and the whole process of rescue of critical patients. Results This practice shortened the rescue time, increased the success rate as well as the patients＇ and relatives＇ satisfaction with nursing service and rescue skills. Conclusions The application of emergency assessment form can improve the quality of rescue and increase the patients＇ and relatives＇ satisfaction with nursing service.
