The Economical Study on Fire Protection Design Strategies Based upon Cost-Benefit Analysis

运用CBA方法对防火设计方案进行分析对提高决策的经济性非常重要。针对防火设计的特点,研究出了一种改进的CBA模型,同时具体量化了CBA方法中涉及到的成本、效益,确定了用于防火决策的最终原则,最后结合某国外具体工程实例对该模型进行验证,证明了其经济性、科学性。为CBA法今后在防火设计决策中的发展和应用指明了方向。

It is very important for us to use CBA method in the economical study of fire protection design strategies, and it is also critical to improve the ability on fire decision making. The characteristic of cost - benefit analysis in fire protection decision - making is explained at the beginning of this paper, and then an ameliorative cost - benefit analysis model is studied out. At the same time, the cost and benefit associated with the process of fire protection design are quantified in this paper, and the chiefly principle of CBA is confirmed. The correctness and validity of this principle is checked by a practical proiect aboard.
