摘要 分析了智能视频监控火灾报警系统研究的发展现状和趋势,研究火灾视频监控报警系统的工作原理、系统组成、有关火焰图像处理算法和火焰的视频图像信号特性,在此基础上,提出系统设计方案,为将智能视频监控报警应用于消防工作进行有益的探索和研究。 This paper analyzes the present situations and its developing trend of intelligent video surveillance fire alarm system, and meanwhile, it also studies the issues such as operating principle, compositions, as well as features of flame image algorithm and fire visual image signal. Based on this study, the design is put forward, which is of the great use to the application of intelligent video surveillance fire alarm system to fire protection.
