摘要
研究溶剂回流提取法、微波辅助法、超临界CO2萃取法3种提取方法。从提取油脂的得率、油脂的品质及理化性质几个因素综合考虑,超临界CO2法和微波辅助萃取法要优于传统溶剂提取法。
The effects on eucommia ulmoides seed oil by heat reflux method, microwave-assisted extraction and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction were discussed in the paper. Considering factors of oil yield, oil quality and physicochemical properties, microwave-assisted extraction and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction are superior to traditional solvent extraction.
