摘要
以淫羊藿干粉为材料,分别考察了料液比、酶加入量及酶作用时间对淫羊藿多糖提取率的影响,然后在此基础上采用3因素3水平的正交实验对提取条件进行优化;同时研究了淫羊藿多糖对O-2·和·OH的抑制作用。结果表明:淫羊藿多糖酶法提取的最优工艺参数为:提取时间1.5h,酶加入量为1.6%,料液比1:25;淫羊藿多糖具有清除羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的作用。
Through single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment of 3 factors and 3 levels, the conditions for extraction of polysaccharide from epimedium in enzyme method were optimized, and the same time, studied its effect on raducing the free radical oxygen; The result showed that: the optimized extraction conditions for polysaccharide form epimedium were 1.5 hours of extracting time, 1.6% of the quantity of enzyme and 1:25 proportion of epimedium to solution; EPS could eliminate the hydroxyl free radical and the superoxide anion free radical.
