摘要
研究溶剂沉淀法纯化苦瓜总皂苷的工艺。以溶剂体积比、沉淀时间、沉淀次数为因素,确定纯化苦瓜总皂苷的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂体积比为1:10(v/v),静置沉淀11.0h,沉淀3次。用香草醛-高氯酸显色法定量,结果显示,用甲醇-乙醚溶剂法沉淀皂苷,在最佳工艺条件下,苦瓜皂苷纯化物的得率为35.27%,总皂苷含量可达62.01%。
Study was carried out on the purifying technology of the total saponins in bitter melon with solvent deposition method. The factors such as the ratio of methanol solution of the crude saponins to aether, deposition time and deposition times were studied. The optimum purifying conditions of total saponins in bitter melon were showed as followed: ratio of methanol solution of the crude saponins to aether was 1:10(v/v), deposition time was 11.0 h, deposition times was 3. Vanillin-Perchloric acid color-developing method was adopted to determine the content of total saponins in bitter melon. The result show that under the optimum purifying conditions, yield of purified saponins was 35.27%, the content of total saponins rose to 62.01%.
