摘要
以α-呋喃丙烯酸甲酯和蔗糖为原料,采用无溶剂合成法,用油酸钠为乳化剂,碳酸钾作催化剂,通过酯交换反应合成了α-呋喃丙烯酸蔗糖酯。抑菌活性实验表明:α-呋喃丙烯酸蔗糖酯对混合微生菌群的生长有良好的抑制作用,其抑菌能力优于富马酸单甲酯,与苯甲酸接近。
Sucrose α-furylacrylate was synthesized by transesterifion of methyl α-furylacrylate and sucrose without solvent. In this reaction, Sodium oteate was used as emulsifying agent and potassium carbonate was used as catalyst. The experiment of inhibiting activity shows that: Sucrose α-furylacrylate exhibited higher inhibiting activity for the grows of mixed microbic bacterias. Its inhibiting activity was comparable with of benzoic acid, higher than monomethyl fumarate.
