摘要
为了解我国实验室在食品安全等重点领域的检测能力,加强重点实验室能力建设,中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会(CNCA)近年来年组织了一系列检测能力验证计划。介绍其中的小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰检测能力验证项目。来自28个省、自治区或直辖市的89个实验室参加了该能力验证活动,检测结果满意的实验室占85.4%。报告了能力验证的统计分析和技术分析结果。
An inter laboratory program of proficiency test on the determination of benzoic peroxide in wheat flour, one of CNCA proficiency test schemes aimed to understand and enhance testing capacity of China leading laboratories in the field of food safety, involed 89 laboratories from 28 provinces or regions. The proficiency testing report is quoted as showing that the qualified results had been obtained by 85.4% of the participating labs. The article introduced statistic and technical analysis result of the program.
