婴儿配方食品及婴幼儿后续配方食品中微生物风险的概述

摘要 介绍了世界上许多新的关于婴儿配方食品及婴幼儿后续配方食品中微生物风险的观点,指出肠杆菌科、沙门氏菌和阪崎肠杆菌对婴儿配方食品和婴幼儿后续配方食品造成的有关危害。根据新的科学数据,描述了两种食品中三种细菌间存在的可能关系;此外,还指出了肠杆菌科作为粉状婴儿配方食品和后续配方食品中阪崎肠杆菌和沙门氏菌指示剂的有效性;最后,对降低两种食品中微生物风险提出建议。 Many new opinion on microbiological risks in infant formula food and follow-on formula food are be presented. Enterobacteriaceae and Enterobacter sakazakii and Salmonella can cause infant formula food and follow-on formula food hazards of concern. In the light of new scientific data, scientific opinion on the possible correlation between Enterobacteriaceae and E. sakazakii and Salmonella in infant formula food as well as in follow-on formula food was described. The usefulness of Enterobacteriaceae as indicators for E. sakazakii and Salmonella in powdered infant formula food and follow-on formula food was also proposed. Finally, scientific advice on reducing microbiological risk in infant formula food and follow-on formula will be provided.
