影响血液透析中超滤的相关因素及对策 被引量:1

摘要 超滤(UF)是在血液透析过程中,液体在压力的作用下通过透析膜的运动。UF能排除尿毒症患者体内多余水分,是透析疗法的主要功能之一。如血液透析过程中UF过度,可引起病人低血压、恶心呕吐、大量出汗、肌肉痉挛、抽搐等;如UF不足,可引起心衰、肺水肿、高血压等并发症。并影响病人的进食水。为了使透析更充分,UF在透析过程中至关重要。
