Abstract This paper presents an integrated method of GIS and real—time decision system Although real time decision system and GIS are originally developed to address different activities (operation and planning) and exist in two different domains (real time and spatial),the combined information from these two environments will provide users with a new decision support system that can be used to address more complex problems and to make decision more quickly and accurately。
