急性冠脉综合征患者血清CRP的变化及阿托伐他汀钙的影响

摘要 CRP是一种非特异性炎症标志物，是受IL-6等因子调控，由肝脏细胞合成的一种急性时相蛋白，对心血管有损害作用。正常情况下以微量形式存在于健康人血清中。当机体患有急性炎症性疾病、创伤、烧伤、器官移植等时，CRP水平升高。而许多研究资料已证明动脉硬化是一种慢性炎症性疾病，它是急性冠脉综合征（ACS）的发病基础。炎症反应可以促进动脉硬化（AS）的发展，
