摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法研制超细TiO2,对反应的机理及影响因素进引了讨论。制得的超细TiO2的粒径为8nm~25nm。
Ultrafine titanium dioxide is prepared via the Sol Gel process and the reaction mechanism and the influence factors discussed. The mean particle size of the Titanium dioxide is found to be between 8 nm to 25 nm.
