摘要
用化学沉淀法合成含Al3+的γ-Fe2O3纳米晶,并用红外光谱、差热、X射线衍射、透射电镜等实验手段研究Al3+对γ-Fe2O3纳米晶性能的影响.结果表明,含微量Al3+的γ-Fe2O3纳米晶的相转变温度有所提高,比纯γ-Fe2O3的稳定区域变宽.
γ-Fe2O3 nanocrystalline materials of doped Al3+ were prepared by means of chemical precipitation. The infrared spectrum and differential thermal anaylsis as well as X-ray powder diffraction were used to determine the properties of γ-Fe2O3 nanocrystalline modified by Al3+. The temperature of the phase transition of the γ-Fe2O3 nanocrystalline of doped Al3+ is increased, and its stability fieldis wider than that of pure γ-Fe2O3.
