Studies on the Lipases Production of Pseudomonas Stutzeri

产生优质脂肪酶的铜绿假单孢菌JEP－606菌株的培养成分（质量分数）为大豆1.5％，玉米浸出液3．0％，葡萄糖0．5％，橄榄油0．75％，当菌株液体培养时，细胞直径约0．4μm，长1．5～3．5μm，革兰氏阴性，产生蓝绿色素．提高菌株脂肪酶活性和生物量的培养条件是：初始pH7．0～9.0，28℃，150r／min，培养时间60～140h，装液量25mL（250mL三角瓶）和0.75％橄榄油．

Pseudomonas stutzeri strain JEP-606 is able to produce lipase under the inducement of oils.The results show that the medium composition and cultural conditions for the high lipase activity and large amount of biomass were: ground soybeans 1. 5%, cornsteep liquor 3. 0%, glucose 0. 5%, olive oil 0. 75%, and PH 7. 0～9. 0, 28℃, 150 r/min shaking for 60～140 h, 25 mL medium in a 250 mLflask. The morphological characteristics of strain JEP-606 were analysed also.
