摘要
以水为溶剂,过硫酸胺为引发剂,制备了丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的水溶性两性共聚物.研究了单体配比、引发剂用量等主要反应条件对产物用作油田新型钻井液高分子材料的配浆、抑制性能及产物特性粘度的影响,并通过IR。
The amphoteric copolymers of acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA) and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC) were prepared using water as solvent and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The effects of reaction conditions,such as monomer ratio and initiator amount, on the makingmud and inhibition properties of the copolymers as new drilling fluid additive in oilfield and the intrisic viscosity of the copolymers were investigated , and the structures of the copolymer were characterized by IR, elemental analysis,13C NMR and DSC.
