Ontology is an explicit specification of a conceptualization. How to achieve the reusing and sharing of knowledge between ontologies is a key in the development of semantic Web. Based on analyzing current technologies, making use of semantic similarity measurement techniques to find the same or similar concepts pair between different ontologies has been proposed and has been used in the process of ontology mapping, which has been proved to be feasible by experiments.
