职业健康安全管理体系(OHSMS)是关于健康和安全的管理体系.它运用系统的分析方法,对企业生产过程中可能发生的事故隐患进行风险评估.作业条件危险性评价法是一种较为常用的风险评价方法.本文介绍了层次分析法求权重的一般步骤和方法.结合层次分析法和模糊综合评价评价法对作业条件危险性评价法进行改进,能够较好地保证评价结果的客观性.

Occupational health and safety management systems （OHSMS） is the management system about health and safety. It utilizes the method of system analysis to the assessment risks of possible accidents in the production processes. This paper presents the general procedures and methods of using Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to calculate weight values of factors. Taken in combination, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to improve Evaluation on the hazard of the operating condition could guarantee the objectivity of evaluation result.
