应用戊二醛和紫外线在供应室无菌区消毒效果的比较

Comparison of the Effectiveness of Air Sterilization by Glutaraldehyde and Ultraviolet in the Germfree Section of the Supply Department

目的比较戊二醛与紫外线照射对供应室无菌区的消毒效果。方法将两个空间相等的供应室无菌区分为观察组和对照组,观察组用0.1%戊二醛喷雾行空气消毒,对照组用紫外线照射消毒,比较二者的消毒效果。结果两种消毒方法对供应室无菌区消毒均有效,但0.1%的戊二醛臭氧的消毒效果更好。结论供应室无菌区应用0.1%戊二醛喷雾行空气消毒效果好、简便、快速、安全,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To compare the effectivess of air sterilization by section of supply room. Methods Two germfree section of the supply 0.1% glutaraldehyde and ultraviolet radiation in the germfree department with same volume were divided into observation group and control group,observation group receiving air sterilization with 0.1% glutaraldehyde, control group receiving sterilization with ultraviolet radiation,the air sterilization effectiveness was observed and compared. Results The effectiveness of air sterilization by 0.1% glutaraldehyde was better. Conclusion The air sterilization by 0.1% glutaraldehyde is more effective,convenient,quick,safe and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
