X线结合CT扫描诊断腰椎间盘突出症30例的临床价值

The Clinical Diagnosis Value of X-ray Combined with CT Scan to Check 30 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨X线平片结合CT扫描诊断腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法选取我院2005年7月～2008年1月30例腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者,普通X线采用腰椎正侧位平片,应用GE Max 640全身CT扫描仪行腰椎间盘轴位扫描。结果30例患者X线平片示均有腰椎生理弧度的改变,X线平片结合CT的诊断正确率为100%,与单纯的使用X线平片以及CT扫描具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症的诊断应由平片结合CT全面综合分析,以提高诊断的准确率。

Objective To explore the clinical value of combination diagnosis of X-ray and CT scan of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Ordinary X-ray is used lumbar lateral plain film,the application of GE Max 640 full-body CT scanner line lumbar disc axial scan. Results 30 cases of patients with X-ray film showed both lumbar physiological changes in radians,X-ray CT combined with the diagnostic accuracy rate of 100%, with the simple use of X-ray and CT scan have significant differences（P〈O.05）. Conclusion Diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation by X-ray CT combined with a comprehensive and integrated analysis to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
