奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死148例临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察奥扎格雷钠与依达拉奉联合治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法将148例脑梗死患者给予奥扎格雷钠和依达拉奉药的治疗,观察治疗前后的血小板、红细胞压积、全血粘度、血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原、胆固醇及甘油三酯的变化,以及两种药物用于脑梗死的急性期、恢复期和后遗症期的疗效,神经功能缺失评分变化。结果奥扎格雷纳与依达拉奉联合用药能有效地降低血粘度及血脂,对脑梗死的治疗有满意的效果,对神经功能的恢复有明显的作用。结论奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死疗效满意,对急性期脑梗死的治疗有效率100%,提早用药治疗对脑梗死疾病的恢复有积极作用。
