摘要
目的改进逆序串激式无刷同步电动机在结构上和电气上的缺点,提出一种新型的励磁方式,以获得结构和电气性能更优的无刷同步电动机.方法应用自控和斩波技术,实现励磁电流的自动调节.结果设计出一种新型的机电一体化的、cosφ自动调节的串激式无刷同步电动机.结论该电动机结构简单,工作可靠,静态和动态性能好,效率高,有良好的应用前景.
Aim After making improvement in structure and electric performance of negative phase sequence series excited brushless synchronous motor, a new type of excited mode was proposed to get a brushless synchronous motor with better structure and electric performance Methods Using the auto control and chopper technique, automatic regulation of excited current was achieved Results A new series excited type of brush less synchronous motor with mechatronics and cosφ atto regulation was designed Conclusion This motor,which has simple structure,good static and dynamic performance and high efficiency and is reliable,will have promising prospect of application
