摘要
目的研究人体组织对激光辐射的吸收特性,为医疗用激光的选择提供依据.方法以比尔定律为基础,研究了人体主要吸收成分水、蛋白质和色素对光的吸收,进而得到某些组织,如皮肤、动脉壁和眼球角膜对激光的吸收特性.结果在紫外和可见光谱区,人体组织对辐射的吸收主要取决于各种色素的作用;而对红外波段辐射则以水的吸收为主.结论水吸收峰附近的掺铒系列激光辐射在医疗中具有特别重要的意义.
