七配位配合物Na_3〔Hg~Ⅱ(edta)Cl〕·6H_2O的合成与结构的研究

Synthesis of Seven coordinate Na 3 Hg Ⅱ(edta)Cl ·6H 2O and Investigation of Its Structure

本文报导了Ｎａ３〔ＨｇⅡ（ｅｄｔａ）Ｃｌ〕·６Ｈ２Ｏ（ｅｄｔａ４－＝乙二胺四乙酸根）配合物的合成及它的分子结构和晶体结构的测定．测定的结果如下：正交晶系，Ｐｂｃｍ空间群，ａ＝８．０８３（２），ｂ＝１３．８７０（３），ｃ＝３８．６１７（５），Ｖ＝４３２９．４（１３）３，单位晶胞中的分子数为６，Ｄｃ＝１．７９８ｇ·ｃｍ－３，μ＝５．５６４ｍｍ－１，Ｆ（０００）＝２２８０，对于３８８３个独立的衍射点，它的Ｒ和Ｒｗ值分别为０．０３１７和０．０７３１．从分子结构来看，〔ＨｇⅡ（ｅｄｔａ）Ｃｌ〕３－是一个具有七配位的近似面冠三方柱体（Ｃ２ｖ－ＭＴＰ）结构的配合物离子，其中一个氯离子作为第七个配位基团代替通常配位的水分子直接配位于中心金属离子ＨｇⅡ．由此可知具有对称电子结构（ｄ１０）的ＨｇⅡ由于有着较大的离子半径，它的配位数也是相当高的．

In the present paper the synthesis and determination of the title complex compound were described. The crystal structure of the title complex salt has been determined by single crystal X ray structure analysis. The crystal data are as follows; Orthorhombic, Pbcm, a=8.083(2),b=13.870(3),c=38.617(5),V=4329.4(13) 3,Dc=1.798g·cm -3 ,μ=5.564mm -1 ,F(000)=2280,Z=6,R=0.0317,and Rw= 0.0731 for 3883 unique reflections. The complex anion has a pseudo mono capped trigonal prism (C 2v -MTP) structure, in which the ethylenediaminetetraacetate (edta 4- ) is coordinated as a hexadentate ligand with the two N and four O atoms, and one chloride ion (Cl -) directly coordinated to the central metal ion (Hg Ⅱ) as a seventh ligand.
