ON THE CHANGES OF ALUMINIUM-MONTMORILLONITE CLAY UNDER HIGH TEMPERATURE BY X-ARY DIFFRACTION

摘要 本文介绍了铝蒙脱石牯土的高温 X 射线衍射实验。阐明铝蒙脱石粘土在高温状态下的变化情况,及其非晶质化时的温度,为工业应用提供了科学根据。 The aluminium-montmorillonite or cross-linked montmorillonite which belongs to a diocta- hedral mineral is a synthesized montmorillonite.The aluminium-montmorillonite.is synthesized by the substitution of aluminium pillar which is formed by adding inorganic polymers i.e.alumi- nium-containing compound for calcium and sodium ions to form a new beded-pillar struc- ture and enlarge the interplanar distance of 001 plane from 15(?) to 19(?).This phyllosilicate mineral with great pore diameter acted as a calatytic cracker in the petrochemical industry is a perfect industrial raw material. The resaerch on the changes of aluminium-montmorillonite.clay under high temperature by the X-ray diffraction shows that there is a small change on d001 value of crystal and the diffraction strength changes from high to low within a small range and the force of molecular link between the crystal planes of oxygen atoms become stronger as the sample temperature verying from 500℃ to 800℃.Non-crystalline temperature or temperature of collapsing struc- ture of aluminium-montmorillonite is about 900℃,thus causing the disappearance of its dif- fraction peaks,following a large quantity of non-crystalline silica in the background of cer- tain peak values.
