从教育测量走向教育评价——论新课程改革后高考考试评价制度改革的趋向 被引量:10

From Educational Measurement towards Educational Evaluation——Discussion on the Development Tendency of College Entrance Examination and Evaluation System of after the New Curriculum Reform

摘要 我国近三十年来的高考考试评价制度基本上是立足于对学生的教育测量,随着高中新课程的开展和对教育评价研究的深入.当前的高考考试评价改革应该从教育测量向教育评价转变。本文从理论上论证这种转变的合理性和必要性.总结了我国部分省市区在推行把综合素质评价列入高考招生内容的做法,并对下一步的改革措施提供了具体的建议。 Since nearly three decades, China's college entrance examination and evaluation system has been established in educational measurement for students, with the development of the new curriculum in high school and the research of educational evaluation deeply, the reform of the current college entrance examination and educational evaluation should be changed from educational measurement towards educational evaluation. The rationality and need of the change are demonstrated theoretically and summed up the practices in some Provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, which implement the comprehensive quality evaluation included in the content of admission examination in this paper, the reform measures and specific proposals in the next stage are also provided in this paper.
