摘要
电泳涂装废水处理工艺关键之一在合理的清浊分质。本文介绍了一种电泳涂装废水处理工艺，经废水处理装置和材料处理后，悬浮物去除率达90％以上，化学需氧量（COD）去除率为80％－90％以上，超过GB897888《污水综合排放标准》中的二级标准，满足国家环保对污水排放的要求。
To clear impurity is the critical key for electrophoretic coating waste-water treatment processing. Which being after wastewater treatment unit and material handling, suspended substance removal rate is over 90%, COD removal rate is above 80% - 90%,over the second standards of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard GB 897888, meeting the environmental protection requirements to sewage discharge.
