带式输送机过渡段长度计算及过渡托辊间距的确定

Calculating belt-conveyor transition length and determining the roller space

输送带作为粘弹性体，其伸长与张力呈正比关系，比例系数为输送带弹性模量。在过渡段中，输送带所围横截面形状的改变，在带的边缘将产生附加伸长，进而产生附加张力，本文根据ISO52931981（E），在限制附加张力最大值的前提下，利用输送带弹性模量。

In this paper .on the basis of ISO5293 1981(E) and limiting additional max. tension, the length formulaof the conveyor transition is given through the conveyor-beltmodulus of elasticity, and the principle of determining theroller space in the conveyor transition is given also.
