摘要
本文阐述了B2B电子商务基本概念,并在B2B电子商务平台能力框架分析基础上,对其应具备的基本业务能力和系统建设方案进行充分探讨,最后对系统建设过程中应注意的关键因素进行了阐述。
The article introduces the concepts of B2B e-commerce, based on the analysis framework for the B2B e-commerce platform ability, the basic business ability and the system construction schemes are fully discussed. Finally, the key factors which the telecommunications enterprises in B2B e-commerce platform construction process should pay attention to be discussed in this paper.
