复杂运动轨迹振动筛的研究

从能量角度分析了筛面运动方式对筛分过程的影响情况，提出了较为理想筛面运动方式应具备的二个特点，并以此为依据研制出一种新型的复杂运动轨迹振动筛。采用计算机对该筛分机的筛面运动轨迹和筛上物料运动速度进行分析，说明该筛确实可以改善筛分效果，提高筛分效率。

As viewed from energy transmission. the influence of screen desk movement to screening process is analyzed. Two characters of desirable movement of screen deck are offered, upon which a new de-signed complex-locus vibrating screen is developed. Locus of the screen deck and speed of feeding on it are simulated by computer, which indicates that the screen can improve classifi-cation effciency,and it is confirmed by comparative test subse-quently
