摘要
黑莓又名美国塔斯洲黑树莓、美国赫尔黑莓,是蔷薇科悬钩子属的浆果类多年生亚灌木。其结果早、收益快,果实风味佳,营养价值高,具有较高的医疗保健作用,集营养、保健于一身,堪称“世界水果之王”,是近年来发展最为迅速的第三代新兴水果。
