摘要
目的研究血红蛋白(Hb)与脑出血迟发性脑水肿的关系,锌原卟啉(ZnPP)在脑出血迟发性脑水肿中的作用,为治疗脑出血迟发性脑水肿提供新的方法。方法将大鼠分为生理盐水组、血红蛋白组和ZnPP组,向大鼠的尾状核分别注入生理盐水(NS组)和自体Hb溶液(Hb组和ZnPP组),并向ZnPP组大鼠腹腔内注射ZnPP,观察各组血脑屏障(BBB)通透性的变化、Hb的分解情况、脑水肿的程度和脑组织病理表现。结果与Hb组大鼠相比,ZnPP组大鼠BBB通透性降低、Hb的分解产物减少和脑含水量降低(P<0.05)。结论Hb可以引起脑水肿,ZnPP对脑出血迟发性脑水肿有治疗作用。
Objective To study the relationship between hemoglobin and delayed brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage( ICA) and the role of ZnPP in delayed brain edema,in order to provide a new method for the treatment of brain edema.Methods The rats were divided into 3 groups (group NS/group Hb/group ZnPP),saline (group NS) or auto hemoglobin (group Hb and group ZnPP) was given to the right caudate nucleus of the rats. The change of the BBB permeability, the breakdown of the hemoglobin,the extent of brain edema and pathological appearance of brain tissue were observed.Results The BBB permeability, the degradations of hemoglobin and brain water content of group ZnPP were lower than that of group Hb ( P 〈0.05).Conclusion Hemoglobin can cause brain edema, and ZnPP plays a role in treatment of the delayed brain edema of ICH.
