本文对纺织服装全球价值链中的升级和治理两个问题的理论和实际进行了阐述,以此为依据,分析了我国纺织服装俘获型价值链形成的原因及隐藏的问题,并提出了突破俘获型治理的基本途径。

The upgrading and governance in the global value chain of textile and apparel have been discussed in this paper, with the cause why there exists capturing value chain in china’s textile and apparel industry and some potential problems being discussed as well. Also, the way as how to surmount it was brought up.
