摘要 干细胞领域的最新进展,特别是成体干细胞在生物学上的进展,为治疗甚至治愈不同退变性和难治性疾病提供了新的希望。利用这些未分化及其子代已分化的细胞,在治疗退行性功能紊乱和癌症上,提供了更为优越的选择,从人体不同组织中分离的这种稀有细胞,展示了基于细胞治疗和基因治疗的诱人的发展前景,用于治疗诸如白血病、老年性痴呆、帕金森病、糖尿病、卒中和脊柱损伤等一系列目前尚不能完全治愈的疾病。同时,肿瘤干细胞的进展提供了一种利用细胞靶向治疗的可能。 In the newest progress of stem cell domain, specially the adult stem cell in biology progress. provide the new hope to denaturation and the difficult disease differently. Using these undifferentiations and the filial generation differentiated cell. at the treatment to recession function disorder and cancer, has provided a more superior choice, separates this rare adult stem cell from the different organizations of human body. show the attractive prospects based on the cell treatment and the gene treatment, used in treatment such as the leukemia. Parkinson's and Alzeimeher's diseases, diabetes, the stroke and the spinal column damage and so on. At the same time. the tumor stem cell progress has provided the possibility to use cell target treatment.
