摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(BM-MSC)是骨髓中又一种非造血干细胞的成体干细胞,体外研究表明BM-MSC有低免疫原性和免疫调节作用,在混合淋巴细胞培养体系中可以抑制T细胞增殖,适合于细胞治疗。动物实验发现BM-MSC能延长异基因骨的存活率,BM-MSC与造血干细胞共移植可以降低抗宿主病的发生。目前对BM-MSC的免疫调节作用的机制还不完全了解,本文就BM-MSC相关免疫予以综述。 BM-MSC is an another non-hematopoietic stem cells of adult stem cells which obtained from bone marrow. Studies in vitro showed that BM-MSC can inhibit T cell proliferation in the mixed lymphocyte culture system, and it is Suitable for cell therapy due to their unique immunologic characteristics, such as low immunogenicity and immunoregulatory function. Animal experiments also founded that BM-MSC can extend the survival rate of allogeneic bone, co-transplantat with BM-MSC and hematopoietic stem cell can reduce the incidence of graft versus host. But their immunoregulatory mechanism is not yet clear. This paper reviews the advancement about correlation immunity of BM-MSC.
