摘要 有限元法是较新的脊柱生物力学研究方法,其与传统生物力学方法相互补充和验证的作用越来越受到重视。近二十几年来,有限元分析法在脊柱生物力学研究领域中已得到日益广泛的应用。本文简述了有限元法的概念及发展过程;介绍近年来有限元方法在腰椎椎体、正常腰椎间盘及退变腰椎间盘生物力学研究中的运用;评价该方法的优缺点及发展方向。 As a novel resesrch tool in the field of the spinal biomechanies, the finite element method(FEM) complements and verifies the traditional research methods,which has been attached increas- ingly greater importance. Recent 20 years,finite element method has been applied widely and profound in field of biomechanics. The article summarizes the concept of finite element method and the developing process;introduces the utilization of biology mechanics research with finite element method in lumbar vertebra centrum, normal lumbar intervertebral disc and degenerational intervertebral disc in recent years; evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of this method and the development.
