摘要
小肠细菌过生长在多个方面影响肠易激综合征的发病,肠易激综合征患者常合并有小肠细菌过生长。临床上使用抗生素、胃肠动力药对小肠细菌过生长的治疗,常可改善大部分肠易激综合征患者的症状,但亦存在一些负性作用,若联合使用微生态制剂治疗,可望达到更理想的治疗效果。本文对小肠细菌过生长与肠易激综合征间的关系予以综述。
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth is capable of affecting the onset of irritable bowel syndrome in many aspects, irritable bowel syndrome patients are often accompanied by small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. The application of antibiotic, gastrointestinal prodinetic drugs to the clinical therapy usually contribute to relieve the symptoms of majority patients, but have some negative actions. The curative effect may be better if correlate with micro-ecological preparations.
