固定矫治技术在替牙期恒牙再植固定中的应用

Fixed Re-implant Technology Application in Mixed Dentition Permanent Teeth of Fixed Replantation Period

目的探讨固定矫治技术应用于替牙期恒牙再植术后固定的临床效果。方法通过17例替牙期恒牙再植术后应用固定矫治技术加以固定,观察临床效果并进行分析讨论。结果17例患者21颗替牙期脱位牙再植术后2年随诊,15颗疗效为成功,5颗为好转,1颗为失败。结论固定矫治技术固定再植牙是一种较理想的方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of fixed appliance technology on permanent dentition replantation in mixed dentition period. Methods A total of 17 cases,who were treated by permanent dentition replanlation in mixed dentition period ,were fixed by fixed appliance technology, we observe the clinical effects and analyze and discusse the results. Results 21 teeth of 17 cases operated with evulsed tooth replantation in mixed dentition period,were followed up 2 years after the operation, effect of 15 teeth were successful, of five teeth were improved,of l tooth was failed. Conclusion Fixing replantation tooth wiht fixed appliance technology is an ideal method.
