摘要
针对润滑油调和油罐的液位控制问题阐述了离心泵的流量调节原理;通过对恒速离心泵流量调节方式和变频调速离心泵流量调节方式进行比较,阐述了变频技术应用在离心泵流量调节中所具有的高效和节能的特点。通过串联调节方式运用变频技术实现调和油罐的恒定液位控制,给出了系统的具体设计方法和步骤。
This paper firstly describles the basic regulating theory of the centrifugal pump according to the control question of liquid level system. By the comparison of the flow regulation way between contant speed centrifugal pump and the variable speed centrifugal pump,learning the benefits of high perfomance and saving of energy. It represents the design method and procedure of level control system by the VVVF application and tandem regulation.
