摘要 介绍马钢120t转炉烟气分析动态控制炼钢技术的多功能应用:启用自学习,自适应功能,针对不同原材料条件,优化供氧造渣制度,实现全自动炼钢新模式;实践证明,本技术实施后,有效监控转炉底吹搅拌效果,w([C])×w([O])浓度积值在0.0012~0.0030占78.8%;利用烟气分析CO浓度变化趋势指导操作,降低喷溅率在4.0%以下;优化吹炼工艺,强化脱磷脱硫效果;准确预报钢水终点氧含量,提高脱氧合金化效果,降低吨钢成本5元;增加煤气回收量9m3/t钢和提高w(CO)5%~8%等显著成效。 This paper introduces the multifunctional application of flue analyse dynamic control steelmaking technique at 120 t converter in Masteel.. in view of different raw material condition self-study and self-adapt function is used to optimize oxygen supplying and slag-making schedule and the new mode of full automatic steelmaking technology is achieved. The actual practice proved that this technique has the following remarkable effects: converter bottom blowing stirring effect can be effectively monitored and the value of end point w([C]) × w([O]) reach 78.8% in the range of 0. 001 2 to 0. 003 0, using flue analyse Co concentration change trend direct operation, splash rate is reduced to below 4%, the effect of dephosphorization and desulphurization are strengthened, molten steel end point oxygen content can be exactly forecasted, the effect of deoxidization and alloying can be increased, the cost of per ton steel is reduced by 5 yuan and the amount of gas recovery of converter is increased by 9 m^3/t and CO concentration is improved by 5 % to 8 %.
